The name Doros, associated with the Greek ancient woed Doris(forest), surraounded by almond treed, grapevines and fruit orchards is a traditional village with exceptional scenery.
visitors enjoy walking in the narrow little streets, admiring the restored old stone built houses,and the hospitality of people offering a sense of community.

This local workshop is located in an eys catching area with panoramic views of the Cypriot nature. It hosts a small traditionally-style coffee shop, where a drink can be enjoed with an accompanied "glyko", whilst watching the glyka (spoon sweets) being made behind the glass panels of the factory.

Famous for its annual grape and wine festival, the village attracts hundreds of people to sample its grape derivatives, desserts and wine,and its also famous for its 'glitzisto'(sweet pastry).

The Museum of Viticulture is a sample of Koilani's traditional residence.
Tools of viticulture are exhibited in the three halls of the museum. These tools are the result of an age-long, practical need and of experience that the human mind conquered.
They are samples of folklore culture, of the ingenuity of the era'speople, and they are part of the cultural inheritance of Cyprus. Many of these tools are still used today.
