Students of the Christian collage of Indiana,expeiencing Cyprus' most iconic cheese, halloumi.
The rich history of halloumi dates back centuries, and was treated to a demonstration
of traditional production methods, followed by a rich lunch of uncompomised traditioanl authenticity.
Our culinary adventure was implemented in a family business that has been dedicated to preserving
the traditional art of making pasteli, and other Carob derivatives.
